2025 Annual Report & Data Visualization

TABVAR, The Association of Bow Valley Area Rock Climbers, needed a professionally designed 2025 Annual Report that improved readability, strengthened brand consistency, and clearly communicated their yearly accomplishments to members, donors, and community stakeholders.

Their original content consisted of raw statistics, text blocks, and basic tables without a visual structure. To support transparency and credibility, TABVAR required a polished report layout with clear hierarchy, clean navigation, and engaging data visualization.

I redesigned the report using a modern grid system, updated typography, and strategic whitespace to improve clarity and visual flow. Raw data was transformed into custom infographics and graphs, and each section was structured with consistent headers, spacing, and cues for easier navigation. The final on-brand PDF was delivered in just three weeks, optimized for both digital viewing and print.

The redesigned publication significantly enhanced professionalism and readability. Board members and community partners responded positively to the clear, modern design, while the improved data visualization made key insights immediately accessible. The refreshed report strengthened TABVAR’s credibility in presentations, funding discussions, and stakeholder communications.
