Proposal Design for Sunalta Community Association

The Sunalta Community Association needed a clear, professionally designed consulting proposal to support the launch of their new Community Cooking Program. They required a visually cohesive document that clearly communicated program goals, consulting roles, fee structures, and long-term sustainability planning to board members, funders, and community partners.

To transform their content into a polished, board-ready presentation, I developed a brand-aligned publication design using clean typography, structured grids, logical section hierarchy, and accessible layout flow. The proposal included well-defined sections for role options, responsibilities, visibility and access, funding alignment, investment tables, and next steps. I also incorporated consistent colour systems, clear navigation dividers, visual icons, and a personal “About Me” section to strengthen reader trust.

The final 12-page proposal delivered a professional, easy-to-navigate document suitable for board review, donor outreach, and grant applications. It improved clarity, strengthened internal decision-making, and provided Sunalta with a credible, funder-aligned framework for launching and sustaining their community cooking program.
